You have a strong background of skilled tradesman experience and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

House Doctors of Strongsville is seeking a skilled remodeler who would ideally have a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. We're looking for a select few experienced, motivated, and organized home improvement professionals that can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects. All candidates should have great customer service skills.

Responsibilities
The remodeler will need to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include:

Experience in any of the following: general carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, flooring, handyman, maintenance work, and general repairs.
Perform various types of home improvement/ maintenance work; including residential and commercial work
Products, buildings, and applications differ case by case; the candidate must be able to choose best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance working within the guidelines of safety and installation instructions
The remodeler will also troubleshoot, repair and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment

Handyman Responsibilities

Compensation: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
